Free fish and sand sifting star

free to a good home. i rescued it from a friend convinced him he should not keep them in unestablished 29 gallon reef.
1-green mandarin goby. adult
2. 3-4 inch sand sifting star fish.

Does the mandarin goby eat brine/mysis shrimp or just pods?

it eats pods. need a established tank with refugium or something for pod production\

i broke down my current setup because i had to move some stuff around and i am going to change carpeting.
i cant hold this mandarin for much longer. if some one would hold it for me till we find a more suitable home i would be happy

Ecvernon.. I'm not sure how much of a pod population I have... I always wanted one of those little guys, but I haven't gotten him for that reason.. I have a HOB fuge, but I don't think there are many pods, etc.. If you run out of resources, I'll be happy to hold the little guy for you in my 75g (it might be an issue catching him later on tho - lol)..

i wont be giving the mandarin to just anybody. i convinced my friend to give this fish up. i wouldnt give it away to the same situation.
