Easy way to capture Bristle Worms

The toothbrush I use for cleaning my power heads fell into my refrugium. I did not notice it for a day or so and when I fished it out a few bristle worms were stuck between the bristles. I tried it again and it caught a few more.

why do you even want to take them out?

The reason Why

I want less competition for the food as I want to maximize the pod population. Even with the few I catch there are plenty left.

if you have an abundance of bristleworms, there is plenty of food in there.
