Marki I love it. How do you like yours? I like the feel,features and capabilities. I Have tried out the HD Cam but nothing worthwhile posting yet. I will post some more pics later. I would like some more glass though. It's pricey but I can always use it if I ever upgrade to a full frame model.

what's good macro for the d90 for coral close up?
do you like the closeup on my flower?

I like it but my concern is more about the fluorescence of corals fouling the senors of the camera and may be some macro lens works better some works less than better with corals.
Pardon my ignorance... care to explain?

All my shots are with the D40, it's the only camera I have.
new lens though - 50-200 zoom with AF - Nikon. Yes, event the macro of the flower is he same zoom.
Few more for the fun of it. The blue herons were about 75 yards off the beach. Still a decent shot.

cons and pros of a 50mm, 70mm, 110mm macro lens
I am thinking of a Sigma 70mm for the D90-what's the
cons and pros of a 50mm, 70mm, 110mm macro lens for coral closeups? So the application will alway have a glass in between, there is some distance we have to compensate, and the most importantly, I will shoot them in actincis and coral fluorescent. Is there a need to use a filter?
I will also use this camera for taking pics of my psychedelic artworks(which are also fluorecent in general). Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
I already see the big difference using an expensive great camera vs a small point and shoot camera even though I am using the big camera in point and shoot fashion too:shhh:. The sensor, the lens and such makes the picture so much sharper and more faithful to the original color.

In case anyone has any complaints about the last pic being abit out of focus TOUGH S##t!! I'd like to see you do better under the circumstances. It has taken hand held real quickly. Jesus, the things I do for this site :lol2:
