Majano Anemones!!!

Hey Pratt I did have some majanos in my tank and the peppermint shrimos destroyed them all!

I stand corrected, it wasn't Majano's that I had. Just a different type of aiptasia.

These are the 1st accounts I have heard of Peppermint shrimp even looking twice at Majano's. You guys sure that is what you had?

what is the best way to get rid of these pests? any natural approaches? any information that anyone has would be helpful!

Kalkwasser slurry (should look like milk) + hypodermic needle + syringe. Same as for aptasia. Fill 'em full of kalk and they're toast. Just don't do too many a day or you'll affect your pH and possibly spike your ammonia.

...Berghias are specific to aptasia, I think. Pretty sure they don't touch mojanos.
