OK heres the problem my MH lights cut on 12pm I have a aquavim 48'' fixture 2x150 2x54 T5 combo..Now i just noticed one MH is not turning on it was going on and off for a couple of seconds now its off for good. Could this be the bulbs are old or its time to buy a new ballast ? What should i do ?

For the same reason "why before vacation", and "why after vacation",lmao.. That's just how things go wrong in this hobby..
That's why I don't do fixtures and I retro fit everything it could be either of the 2..

Swap bulbs, if the one that went dead fires in the other socket then it is the ballast if not then it is the bulb. Then you can talk to a vendor attending the swap that may have the piece you need and bring it for you.
