Help with salifert amomonia

I have been using API in the past and I just received my salfert today.my question is the syringe did not come with a tip.

Does it need one?

should I test w/out it?

i think all salifert kits require the tip, if you have another Salifert kit just use that tip....make sure you rinse them between kits

No tip needed on the NH3 kit, the 1ml syringe is the only one with .5ml marks.
