Well duke after our house we owned upstate that we rented out to a kid was used as a grow house I do because they almost always rent the houses they grow in, and it destroys the house. Black mold and mildew problems because of the humidity. Was a small operation the kid did in the basement of the house he rented from us but it still did over 18 grand in damages.

That house almost put us in the poor house- My mother basically owned it after getting my aunt in it years ago to get her out of a violent neighborhood in the city with her kids and she worked upstate after a transfer- we wound up owning the house after my aunt relocated to texas and the kid rented it from us. Then after having rent problems with him and we finally were able to evict him it cost my mother that money to fix the house that she didnt have.

We got off lucky most grow houses pretty much make the house inhabitable and are usually a step above being condemned.

Thanks Anthony lol..... Yeah we got off real lucky DRE- The cops were onto him for a while too just small town PD couldnt nail him- and we approached them about it they said they need another reason to search or to get a warrant due to them not wanting to do S#$@ in my eyes. Anyway I was close to going there and kicking the basement door in- calling 911 saying I was the homeowner and was coming to check on the property and I found the basement door had been forced- theres their reason- forced entry and possible burglary then when they searched theres the bust. BUT right at that time was when the kid finally agreed to get out. But we did luck out could have lost everything

Politicians are a holes to, but no politicians caused 18 grand worth of mildew, mold and construction damages to our house we rented out- a scumbag kid growing pot in our basement did.
