Find a local vet that specializes in exotics, or, if possible, fish.
Print out a copy of the red bug article from Melev's Reef, it's a good one.
Bring it with you and explain what you need it for. You may not be able to get past the secretaries; if that's the case, ask them to pass the article along to the doc with your request, and tell them you'll call back tomorrow.
Call back tomorrow.
