Also can't insure for more than your receipt. The shipping party cannot insure for more than THEY paid......well they can, but they will not be able to collect more than their COST (not the sale price) if there is a reported loss.

there's a positive and a negative. the negative is they just left your package there without giving a damn if someone else took it or not. and the positive is that if you where anxiously awaiting a package you know its there. should you complain be prepared to make the trek to the fedex station every time you get something delivered because they won't deliver to your door.
