hi guys today i dosed 60ml of special blend , im trying to see if this can help me out with ny cyno. now let me let u guys know a little about my tank i got a 55 with a quiet one pump780gph, 1 seio 620 and mp20 vortech. i feed m-f mysis and algae strips. im light on feeding, i only have a yellow tang wrasse and clown. i do 10g water change with rodi , tds showing 0. lights bulbs r fairly new, phosban reactor media is changed every 2weeks, carbon is run passive , changed every 2weeks.the only thing i can think of is my rocks are leaning a little against the glass giving me dead spots behing the rocks. so i was looking online and decided to use special blend . now my ? is since i did my first dose at 60ml and it looks like the treatment is for a month am i able to still do water change every week?
oh i forgot to tell u that i also think the reason im having this problem cuz acouple of months ago i was removing vfeen polys from my rocks and i was chipping away could that be a result?

You can still do your weekly water changes. I have been using Special Blend for a hair algae problem and it has been working. I dose SB after my weekly water change.

I had a cyno problem on my sand bed and some on my rocks. I have been using special blend for about 5 months now. I noticed about the second month my cyno was gone from my sand bed. It has worked great for my tank but you should still do your water changes.
