How do u guys do it

i have been looking through some old posts and new posts in my short time here and its unbelievable how someof you have these MH lights (200,250 even 400) with chillers.and still be able to afford new corals and more setups.i had 250 MH for 3 months and had to take it off cause my Ebill wasw sky high.and it was only 2 250 with no chiller.how do u guys do it.

150 a month for electric just for the tank.my goodness.ive been using vho and the electric went down dramatically and im keeping some sps.im amazed on you guys who keep MH.i am looking into LED as well.prob next year.

It's not easy bro. I changed all the bulbs in my house to the energy saving bulbs. But that still is not enough. My bill last month was $487.00 My house is 2700 square ft. And my heat is electric.It's not even winter yet. Ouch

I run 2-400DE, 4-T-5, chiller, ect. And my bill is $140. Buying the most energy effecient equipment is a start. I should know that it pays it self off, I'm an electrician. LOL
