Need help asap chalk bass dying

Hello I added 2 fish on Thursday that I got from fresh marine.com
The rabbit fish looks good but I just found the chalk bass looking very bad laying on the sanded up against the glass out in the open no sighns of disease
Should I put him in my refigium ?? Fresh marine gives a 7 day arrive alive guarantee so I don't want him dying in the rock work but I don't want to kill him by netting him and moving him??
What should I do?

was anyone picking on him, maybe stress or your water levels could be off

Unless something is picking on him or he's being blown around the water movement in thank, it doesn't make any sense in moving him.

Is he just sitting in the sand or laying on his side?

No one has been picking on him he's rightside up but not moving at all except for gills
Water is good tested like 3 times this week all other fish look very healthy

It's really best to just leave him and see what happens. Chalk Bass, like most grouper, do just hang out on the sand or by a rock and not move from time to time.

give it time...leave it alone don't stress it out my chasing it with a net...you saw the large one I have ..it spends most of time hanging under ledges and in caves until feeding time...they are very aggressive feeders once settled in..try to target fed it with some meaty food like mysis..they also do better in groups when small and become loners when larger...mine were breeding until I lost the female.
