I work jn the car rental business. Depending on your area the prices vary, BUT you need at least $250 + the cost of the rental on a major credit card for a hold. When you return the car it will be released and only charged the rental.

If you use a debit card you need 2 of these 3 things: pay stub, utility bill, auto insurance card.

In NJ are cars start as low as $39.99 for a crap box.

Also if you tell them you have AAA or AARP you will get 5% off.

the cash is no problem but dont have any major credit cards tryin to stay away from them specialy been in the reef game lol u know how that could get.also dont have auto insurance i only have my bike insured would that do.tryin to get all the info i can dont wanna go over there and look like a fool....lol "plateboii any size car will do its a 34gal

Tryed renting a car but they hit me with a under age fee witch makes the car come out to $250 from 3:30 to 6:00 witch is not gonna work out cuz jackson gets out at 5 and get home around 6.....
