Which mode for MP40

Just got a new MP40 for my 75 gallon mixed reef system. This device has quite a few programming options. For those that have an MP40, what settings do you use? I'm not sure what is the best setup, assuming there is one.

Reef Crest for me... I don't think there's a "best" mode. I just like the random waves/pulses from the Reef Crest mode. I just added a 2nd MP40wES today, and the anti-sync between both MP40s is pretty cool.

I have been playing with the Tidal Swell and Nutrient Transport modes so far. I like the wave motion effect in the NTM mode. Does anyone set different modes for different times of day? Also, the user guide makes a big deal about making sure that the tank can handle the constant pressure from wave generation. What are the thoughts on this?

lagoon is purple if you go to their site it shows what each color is

Lagoon mode on the MP40w is purple. On the MP40w Ecosmart, it's yellow; they consolidated Reef Crest and Lagoon mode to one color; adjustable via the Set button.

Tidal Swell. I like the Cyclic changes in the tidal pulse as it gets stronger and stronger. Also, according to Ecotech it's the most natural.

I've got an MP40 on my 30 gallon, hows that for overkill? Soon it will be on my 90g...tidal swell mode for me (turned way down of course).
