What is this?

It is the small yellow thing on the glass. It is about an inch long. I have removed one already... Could this be eating my zoas? A few small zoa colonies disappeared recently.

Spaghetti worm that came out of the sand. It's harmless.

Yes, at worst it may irritate them a little and cause them to close up for a while but it can't/won't eat them.
