Yep...my GBTA Just wedged itself between a rock and my "Green Jean Zoas :-(

DA, your zoas might be okay. I've found that my zoas didn't really get bothered when my nem started to wander after I changed the flow in my tank. But it has a strong enough stickiness that it may pull them off the rock, then you'll lose them.

Nah Nelson, you would be far from the first reefer happy to see their Xenia 'go away'. For me it's a Kenya Tree that grows in the back corner of my 120 that I can't reach...ahhh, the weeds of the coral world! lol

I had zoas that were being stung by an adjacent anemone. They were closed all the while, almost looking like bumps on the rock. What made me realize they were alive was that the bumps were reproducing. They looked burnt and never opened up but I was starting to see more of them. After many weeks when I moved the anemone they started opening up again and regained their color. Perhaps they were just tough lol.
