In my tank my parameters are perfect ammonia is 0 same with nitrates but my calcium is def low,

What does that do to the tank?
Fish?
Corals?
An inverts?

What do u recommend (from use) to raise ca, levels without any side effects.

Also this is prob the reason y my corals don't grow fast, when I fix this what will happen?

Could low calcium be the cause of loosing polyps like zoos an palys even though i don't think they need much but if u respond don't guess as I hope many people will find this question useful. :)

What are your readings? I dosed Kalk, and others may dose A/B. I had the same problem until I dosed. Just watch your KH that is doesn't sky rocket.

zoos are pretty hearty. How is your lighting?

What is your ALK, PH, Ca, Mag, Phos, Nitrates & salinity. Please provide numbers.

FYI, Mag is the buffer for Alk & Ca and if it's low expect PH, Alk, and Ca to be low.

Normally a water change would help replenish calc, the HCO3 and mag that has been used up. How often do you change water. It might also be an issue with your salt. Instant Ocean really isn't meant for the use in reefs.

IO doesn't have a high calcium content, however it is adequate for reef tanks, its been used in the industry for a long time with success.
