Skimmer pump leaking voltage

What to do, do I need to get a new pump or is there a grounding issue I need to look at?

itll lead to unwanted stress on all tank inhabittance, do you have a grounding probe anywhere in the system

No i dont, but even if I did it seems like strong voltage to be coming from the pump.

86 the pump and get a new one, no need to take risks with electronic mechanisms in your tank.
