pump skimmer question

Hey gang I recently acquired an ATB small cone skimmer for my fathers 180gal tank I was thinking about replacing the eheim 1260 pump that came with it for a bubble blaster hy3000 pump do u think this can work? And does any of the Vendors on here carry this pump, please let me know if you do and price please!

Mark you don't like the Eheim. They are a very reliable pump and quiet as well. What you think of the ATB?

atb prety much has the best pump matched for their skimmers really wanting to pull the trigger and get one

How's the skimmate production? If it's working well leave it alone I say. How long has it been running? Don't forget there will be a break in period.

Skimmate production is good not as dark as my older reef octopus extreme 200 its been running for about 5 days

The only other pump I can think of that you can use on the small is a mini airstar or sicce synchra pump.

Nor sure if that will increase performance

Only advantage is lower watt draw
