What is this called and where can I find a replacement?

I have an eheim 1260 pump and I am running it externally. I took off the gray thing that is used to cover the pump to reveal the black face plate where you can turn and take it off. I tried to connect some pvc to that face plate and the damn thing cracked. When I turned on the pump, it started leaking. Where can I find one for a 1260?

I guess this would be it but I can't seem to find one for 1260. I'm not even sure if the nozzle part that sticks out of the face plate is attached.

I have a 1060 it is an older model but most parts are interchangeable with the 1260. It is a parts pump anyways you can have the whole pump for 20 bucks if it fits and you can use it.

Perfect! I had gotten to the page where they show the pumps but I couldn't get to this page for some reason.

Looks like I'm missing the cap for the little shaft. I have the shaft. the bushing for the end really necessary? or can do without paying almost 30 bucks for a lollipop stick and a little cap.

Anybody know how I can get into contact with these people? their email doesn't work and they aren't picking up the phone... I need to cancel this order to add the bushings... geez this adds up to $60... 40 more and I could buy a new one.
