I do have them 460nm-470nm, how many do you need?

Since I have just received my STS12, I will provide you an extra service: I will bring both the STS9 and the STS12 there for you to choose. The STS12 is 40 dollars more but I am pretty sure, you want it once you see it.

The dimmer function have not been verified even though the design is already there. I cannot find a consumer version of Triac dimmer(all triac dimmers I found in Home Depot are to be installed in the wall.)

I personally feel this STS-12 may be the ultimate LED light for nano tanks.
