I just finished installing a pair of Python LED fixtures and I can't get my wireless network to detect them. Can anybody here tell me how to get them set up and the controller software running?

BTW I'm running Windows 7 and and using a Netgear WNDR3700 wireless router for my network.

Thanks,
Robin

Joe is correct, they are controlled through bluetooth. If you have built in bluetooth on your PC and it does not see the devices, you would want to go out and pick up an usb bluetooth adapter. I have 2 laptops with the built in BT but one of them could not detect the lamps and the external usb BT adapter did the trick.

Thanks for the tip guys. I got a BT adapter today that plugs into one of my USB ports and that did the trick. I was pretty sure I had built-in BT. Either I don't or it wasn't detecting the Python.

How have you guys got yours programed? Do you use the adjustable daily PAR feature? If so, what are your settings?

Awesome! Thanks for the screen shots! I'm going to give this a try. Do you also use the sunrise/sunset functionality?

Nice choice of lights...I have 3 160w black pythons over my 210 and I love them. You'll have fun playing with the Kelvin. I like to use the sunrise/sunset option myself and it works very nicely. As a bit of advice, you can run them at 75% and they will look brighter than a 250w MH, that's what I run mine at and I have 29" of height on my tank.

I've been hearing a lot of good things about these Python units. Anyone know how they compare to AI Sol Blue's?
