Are these PODS?

My tank was just set up a couple weeks ago. I believe I am fully cycled, I have not put any type of livestock in my tank.

When I got home tonight, I turned on the actinics (only just to look at it). I walked away for a bit and came back and saw things on the glass like crawling around. I think they may be pods, I want to get them stocked in my tank and ordered chaeto with them from reefcleaners. But it seems that I may have some already. I just want to make sure that they are pods and nothing to worry about!

Looks like pods.
If you put live rock or sand in your tank then you put plenty of live stuff in there but most of it is too small to see. Most stuff that pops up in your tank is good. But there are some pests out there so it is best to ask.

Yep, love those little critters!!!! Even when I had my 170, i had to get them going. Here I did nothing!

They look like Harpacticoid Copepods, one of the most common copepods in our reef tanks. I got a video on mine. They look the same as yours.
