Pond Foam or Two Part Epoxy

I need to secure some flat peices of rock to a branch rock with small ledges, do i go with a combo of both or one over the other.

Any got any good suggestions.

Just leave it some where you can have a small fan hitting it so it can dry up quicker. But it will take a few hours probbly 48 hours. I used that glue when i was getting my rocks done for my 55G.

The one i used on my 55G was the one they use to make glass for cars.
