Trow them in the wash machine and run rinse cycle twice. Also NO soap

You can add chlorine bleach to the wash when you do them, as mentioned rinse twice.
Also air dry them, do not put them into the dryer.

i use a pressure washer it take me one min to wash and then air dry =)

Machine wash - bleach w/ a hot water cycle.

I soak in RO/DI water mixed with plain ol' chloramine remover. Air dry afterwards.

FYI avoid using laundry detergents, as these are ridiculously high in phosphates.

I have 5 - 7" filter socks.

5 gallon bucket. Hot water 50% filled. Cup of bleach.
Take filter socks, rinse really good, inside out as well.
Then while inside out I Soak for 3 hours in bleach water.
I Take it out, rinse very well. Pull it back to normal layout.
Soak for 2-3 hours. Take out and rinse again.
Sometimes soak in warm water if any smell to it.
The next day I rinse again before use.
been doing it like that for 3 years
