I seen ths grow on the bottom side of on of my rock i was wondering if it was good or bad or what it was. thank you.

What are you referring to? There's a bunch of stuff I see hair algae,bubble algae ,zoos and what appears to be a rhodactis mushroom..I'm guessing this is what you were concerned about? If it is it's good bro a harmless nice coral that will spread fast in your tank

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pop the bubble algae in your tank. The best way to get rid of it is to remove the rock from the tank, with a sharp pair of scissors cut it off the rock as close to the rock as you can and rinse the rock with RO water. If you pop it in your tank you WILL get more bubble algae.

Once they are that size haven't they allready released their spores?

make sure the base where it attaches is removed so you it doesn't form another bubble...
