I know just before i made my upgrade they were all over my rock, and started to attack some of my coral, it was easy for mr to scrub the rocks then. Just make sure you are reading about the right type of hydroid, I see their is many different species, some good and some bad.

Ok let me look further. Now that I look closely they are pretty scattered all over!

They look like what I have. I have never noticed them harming a coral, and they touch all sorts if corals. The corals seem to push them back as the coral grow, so I have never been worried. I have always assumes they were a hydroid.

Great picture, they are tiny so very well done.
I agree with "dandilion look".

+1. I have never been bothered by them and they tend to hid away from view. Unless it becames an eyesore I would not be too bothered.
