Pest?

Anyone know what the cocoon looking round thing is just under the zoa head? I can try to get a better pic if needed. It has a hole in the middle of it as if something is living in it. It's probably the size of a pen hole when the ink head is retracted.

Def a pineapple sponge...I had loads of them in my sump...they seem to come and go...they are harmless
