I finally caught this sucker. He was so much longer stretched out. A bristleworm this size is still beneficial to the tank? Or does it start becoming dangerous to snails and clams? Is it a fireworm?

It's a bristle worm they say they are beneficial but I HATE them. They crawl into your corals, sneak out of holes at feeding time and snatch food from your corals. They also multiply like crazy! Also if they stick you it's very unpleasant and not the easiest to get those britles out of your fingers.
