I have these tube like things growing all over my tank they are hollow and hard any idea what they are? good or bad? Thank you

they are worms check them out at night...you'll probably see two very thin long clear strings reaching around the rockwork..they are harmless unless when they are in great numbers covering everything.

+1 Be careful if you go to grab a rock. Those tubes are sharp

Thanks i have been poked by a couple of them and they are sharp.

When you feed the tank is like they go fishing they send out a thin film and pull it back to catch food

I really haven't noticed it if so but i will check it out the next time i feed the tank.
