White Discs on Rock - ID Help?

Hi...flat white discs forming on some of my rock....snail eggs? start of coraline algae? pics below.... Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I could be wrong but it looks like sponge. Are they soft and squishy?

Then its not sponge,lol. I don't think snails eggs would be hard and flat either. Idk what they are, Hopefully someone will chime in that does
