What is this?

Found this lil guy last night on the glass, it has yellow spikes on its back... Any one know what it is?

Looks like a nudibranch, hard to tell but maybe bergia

Def a nudi!! Take it out. If you didn't put it in there, get it out. just my opinion. And keep an eye out for more. I can't tell which it is, but if its the bad one, then it will eat your zoas...

I would really keep an eye out for more. If it is the bad ones they will eat zoas and they will take on the color of the zoa that it just ate. They seem to have the taste for the colored zoas. So if you see what looks like a zoa moving around it is another one

see if you can get it out, and get another picture of it from the top. or put it under blue lights and see what color it is...

Update!!!

Found about 9... 3 like the above pic on the glass and the others had no color to them and i found them in action, on my zoas!!!! i got them all out immediately and haven't seen any in about 4 days...

You need to keep an eye out and start to dip your zoas and inspect them for eggs. Lugols is what you use to dip them, but it will not kill the eggs. So you need to inspect all the zoas and get the eggs out if there are any. If there were that many there are probably more...

Update!!!

Yes... Every time i spot them, i get them out asap... I haven't seen any in a while! Which is funny that the thread got responded to today, as i seen 3 last night on the glass and got them out... My hawk fish took a nibble last night at one and didnt appear to like the taste of it

I only see 2 different ones when i come across them...
white/clear w/ yellow spikes (which i only find on the glass)
and dark brown/grey ones (only seen on my zoas)

I have just recently seen a couple on my glass. i never have seen any on my zoas... i take them out when i see them.

If you have them on your glass, you definitely have them in your zoas and laying eggs on them.
You need to dip the zoas to get rid of them or they will nosh on them until they are gone
The eggs must be scrapped off the zoas or you will have a lot more! Better to scarifice a zoa head then have more baby nudis!
