Not sure what type they are (there are about 6,000 types of marine worms).
What I don't like about them is the shape of their heads
The head has these feathery looking things in it. Looking at the link you sent it kind of looks like a sand mason worm but I'm not 100% let me get my nano scope out and see if I can get a better picture.

I'm not thinking sand mason worm as those form a tube ..and Idon't believe you would find them out of the tubes (I've had those in my tanks).
