Whats hiding between my monti cap??

over the past few days I've noticed these "legs" i tried grabbing one with the tweezers and it ripped off i put it in a bucket with a power head and they didnt come out. I think they are baby brittle starfish. Can someone just confirm this? Sorry for the crappy pics they are from my iphone thanks

I think either brittle star like you said or serpent star.
