I'm in the process of setting up a 29 gal BioCube
I just picked up 25 Lbs. of live rock and notice this critter came out
can someone please help Identify

Try to get them all out. They reproduce very rapidly, and will eat all your zoa's in no time.

or buy a harlequin shrimp

I found 3 of them and pulled them out
