Bristle Worm?

Found this guy in my refugium area in the chaeto.. I've read mixed reviews about these guying being bad or good for you tank.

This isn't the dangerous fire worm kind is it? It was really small so I'm thinking not.

The bristle worms i have had in past were more of one color, not reddish/orange tips

Divebri - yeah, it appears to be the same.

I wasn't sure about it so I removed it from the tank
