What the heck are these things ?

I found this in my tank last night. Any input on what They are and If I should remove them ?

Looks like limpets...good algae grazers.

The first one is a chiton (eats algae) and the 2nd pic is a spaghetti worm (eats whatever it can find in the water column).
Both harmless. Keepers
