Iso Pods?

Was cleaning out my sump and in the filter sock i found these 2 guys aside from my regular pods. I Looked around in the internet and the closest thing I found that look like them were some Iso pods. Can anyone ID for me if they are not Iso Pods and are they bad or good, can I throw them back in my tank or No? The first one looks like a white shrimp but the second one im not sure... please help me ID these guys. Thanks

What ever they are I have them too! Look forward to seeing what the ID is and if they eat zoos!!!
