Starfish ID

[Creeper Reefer420]

I recently bought this critter from a LFS and it was sold to me as a Fromia starfish. It killed my ricordia by either smothering or eating it. When I caught him on top my Scoly, I tossed him in my refugium just to be safe. I was reading that most starfish with bumps or spike on their back are considered dangerous to corals, not sure how accurate this is. Please identify this sneaky critter?

Its actually deep red.

So far he has been bad. I have him in my sump right now. Anyone interested in him?
