Hey MR,
Please help to ID this worm and please let me know if it is safe. I saw two of them living in this giant rock. Its a very nice piece of rock, over 15lbs and is the centerpiece. I'm hoping they are reef safe. :help:

Thanks.

It's a bristle worm, despite their appearance they clean and aerate the sand bed. My arrow crabs keep the population under control and I also remove the ones I can. Even though they are beneficial they do reproduce fast.

Thanks for the ID. I was worried when I first saw them. There are at least 2 that are over 2 inches. I will have to learn to live with them. Still kinda creepy looking. Now I'm afraid to put my hands in the tank.
