Green plants on LR?

Can someone please help? I have these green plants growing on my LR. Is it bad? The tank is a month old and has cycled. Any help is appreciated!!

Yup looks like its time for a CUC. From what I can see in the picture looks like you have some hair algae and some bubble algae.

looks like that particular rock is leaching PO4. if nothing else is on that rock, i'd dip it in H2O2 for 1 min, and scrub it clean. the bacteria will recolonize in no time (if your LR has properly cycled) or you could also run GFO and GAC (if you're not already.)

deffinately hair algue and bubble algae be careful if you scrub the bubble algae as it may spread to other rocks if they burst inside the tank.

Get some hermit crabs

Added Hermits. emerald green crab and turbo snails. They have been in the tank for 3 days. Not much progression yet. Algae seems to be spreading. I hope they will get it under control.
