Catterpillar looking like animal on a white ball sponge

Sorry for the bad pic, but this is the best shot. The best way to describe this hitchhiker is it looks like a small catterpillar and is yellow. I see it on this white ball sponge growing in my tank. I usually know a lot of these little critters in my tank, but im stumped.
