What are these?!

Just recently found these “air bubbles” on my rock. What are they?! Egg sacks?

In tank
2 black clowns
2 green clown Toby’s
1 mandarin goby
1 blood shrimp
3 hermits
6 snails

they look like air bubbles... fan them away with your hand to see if they move and float to the surface. Do you have microbubbles in your water column, thats what can cause this.
