Shrimp I.D.

7 weeks ago I purchased a shrimp from my LFS. I normally research stuff before I buy it, but this was the exception. It was called a Galapagos Island shrimp. I put it in my tank and didnt see it again for 7 weeks. I fed my tank yesterday. It came out from a rock, grabbed food, and went back into hiding. When I purchased him he was blue. This time however he was red & blue translucent. I've tried to find information online as to what kind of shrimp he can be but have come up with nothing. Has anyone ever heard of a galapagos island shrimp? Or can anyone point me in the right direction as to where to get more info on him? Sorry I dont have any pictures I saw him once in 7 weeks and didnt have my camera on hand
