can someone identify this fish?

I saw this fish at a store and I was absolutely fascinated by it.:scratch: I wanted to take it home but I didn't know a single thing about its care or requirements. I think it is some kind of wrasse, but I am not sure. It is a blurry cell phone picture but I hope someone will know what it is.

Figure out what you want first then look for it. Impulse shopping does not work out so well for reef tanks
