My tanks been up and running for about 5-6 weeks now. In the past week I have begun to add live stock to tank (cleaning crew and a small zoa see below). I was just cleaning the glass and notice what i think are hatchlings. At first i thought they were grains of sand on the glass but after looking closer i could tell they were alive. They have the build of sperm (head with a small white tail). They are smaller then a milimeter.
Anyone know what these could be? More importantly are these friends or foes? Im hoping they are anthropod hatchlings from the sump that were sucked up the sump pump.
Current (known) life in tank:
Hermit Crabs
Snails
Zoanthid
Some of the live rocks appear to have feather worms growing on them
Anthropods in Sump tank (just noticed recently)
