Worm ID - Good or Bad?

Orange colored worm with many brittles when stretched (naturally) is about 3" long. I probably have many of these :



1. What are these worms called?
2. Are they good or bad?
3. If bad how do I catch and remove them?

good worm.
common bristleworm. if you have many, it's a good indication that you are overfeeding. cut back on the feeding and you'll see less of them.
