I had a crab come in on a coral I picked up a couple months ago. At first he stayed in the birdsnest, and I thought he was some sort of acro crab, but could never get a good look at him without breaking apart the colony. Now however he has moved out of the colony and into the rockwork where i am worried that he is about to cause havoc...
it looks a little like a mithrax crab, except with a shiny black carapice and front claws and kinda hairy rear legs. Here is a crappy pic i managed to take on my iphone when he popped out during feeding time...
any ideas?
