it is reef safe, but some can be agressive towards small fish.

if you plan on keeping it, i'd recommend introducing it last. it'll hold it's own against other even bigger fish.

I find that royal gramma are quite passive with tank mates and actually sometimes shy...but please make sure that your not buying a Bicolor Pseudochromis instead, they have a COMPLETELY different and much more aggressive personality. IMO
