Help to identify this anemone.

I collected this Anemone in Panama on Isla Grande (Caribbean Site).
I think this is a Pseudotentecales Anemone but not sure. It is about 15-17 inches wide when fully expended and it is whitish-tan color.
The real tentacles (that readily grab any food) are hidden under the skirt of pseudo tentacles. I think I identified it correct but still want "Manhattanreefs Gang's" confirmation on identification.

Were you allowed to take it from the ocean and put it in your tank? I thought there were laws about getting collection permits for this type of thing.

I Checked Panama lows in the area where it was collected, and with a police guard on the beach. Had no objection from ether site.
